Jorgensen Engineering is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Gornitzka as its new CEO, effective January 5, 2026. Mike Gornitzka joins from his role as Country Managing Director at B&R Automation, where he has played a key role in the company’s growth and technological development.

Outgoing CEO John Uhrenholt Madsen will step down from the CEO role and return to his previous position as CFO.
