From manual to automatic
Today most producers of canned and bottled goods receive the empty containers on pallets.

We have developed depalletising systems ranging from manually operated magnetic lifting frames to fully automated depalletising systems consisting of several separate units.

Smooth operation
In order to give a smooth operation a fully automated system can be extended with one or more holding positions for the filled pallets.

Automatic removal and stacking of the empty pallets and the divider plates can of course be built into the systems. In combined systems this is already included.

All sizes handled
The systems are made to suit all sizes and heights of pallets and will handle containers made from tinplate, aluminium, glass and plastic.

Jorgensen can supply various systems for single filing the containers before they enter the filling lines.

Full customization
We have developed combined systems to be used in connection with mixed packs, where two or more different items are packed in the same retail pack.

Control systems are designed to suit the requirements of the customer.
